TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&C)

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made through the INKORA website. Any order placed on the website constitutes the customer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are clothing and accessories printed on demand. Product visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colors or placement may occur depending on the screen used and the printing process.

4. Prices

The prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (€). VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). INKORA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Transactions are secured through the payment systems provided by Shopify.

6. Shipping

Products are manufactured on demand.

Estimated processing and delivery times:

Processing: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery within France: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery within Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on periods of activity or shipping carriers. INKORA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products or products printed on demand may not benefit from the right of withdrawal when they have been personalized at the customer's request.

8. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a defective product or printing error, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing supporting photographs. Following validation, a replacement or refund may be offered. No refund will be issued for an incorrect size selected by the customer.

9. Statutory Guarantees

Products sold are covered by the statutory guarantees provided for under French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

10. Liability

INKORA shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products purchased.

11. Personal Data

Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and managing customer relations. Data is neither resold nor transferred to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, customers may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the INKORA website (visuals, designs, texts and logos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
