All our products are made to order after receipt of your order. This means that each item is unique and produced specifically for you.

Each order requires 2 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. This processing time is added to the delivery time.

France: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on periods of high activity and shipping carriers.

Free shipping is offered on all orders of €50 or more.

A confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.
